Usually i eat this, but sometimes i switch it up a bit:
BREAKFAST: oatmeal with cinnamon [ maybe a banana as well ]

SNACK: tangerine

LUNCH: plain lettuce or a banana

SNACK: granola bar or toast [ 60 calorie whole grain ]

DINNER: [ my weakness ] whatever my mom makes, usually noddles of some sort and some more fruit

SNACK: either a little bit of low fat ice cream or more fruit


is this ok? i kno there isnt much protein, but i am working on that [ i am vegetarian so. . ] what can i improve on/cut out/add?
