Has anyone been to Massage Envy before? Right now they have it so the first time you can get a 50 minute massage for $39.

But with them does that mean after you get the massage you HAVE to sign up for a membership. Also if you do get a membership there are you required to come at certain times or whenever you want, do you pay a certain once a month fee or pay every time you come.

I'm thinking of going tomorrow to try out their 50 minute massage but I'm not sure if I have to sign up with them or not.
