I usually eat eggs for breakfast but today I think I'm gonna have porridge oats with a banana. I'm trying to lose weight (tone up basically) and want to feed my muscles more in order to be more visible but the thing is that I have them last night with 6 blueberries and I was wondering how bad/good it's gonna be if i have 'em this morning and tonight. will i put on weight? do they contain any protein at all??i know they are high in fiber!
