on the skin around my fingers i used to bite the skin off. i did it when i was nervous. now, the habbit started up again. how can i stop before it gets inficted and IS THERE ANYTHING OUT THERE TO MAKE MY HANDS LOOK NORMAL AGAIN? like creams or lotions or dermatologists! idc!. please i'm tired of being embarresed of my hands

I do that too. Just stop doing it and after a while your fingers will go back to normal.
