hi im new to yahoo answers cna somebody please help me with something? i came on here to ask a simple question about my fitness plan so if someone could help me that would be great . I just turned 13 and i take MMA fighting, I work out a lot at home and stuff. I am 90 pounds and here are some of my weight lifting averages
bench press barbell:104 lbs
leg press-261lbs
Leg extension - 110lbs
I can do 80 good quality pushups in a row no stopping
dumbell bicep curl i can only do 30 pounds with free weights(2) right now and i can lift 5 times in a row.
I train in MMA 3 times a week for 2 hours each time. i take a 3 mile jog 2wice a week and i do some bag work for about 1 hr three times a week. am I doing good for my age and size? I know I am not that big but that's because i do lots of sports like basketball and stuff so yeah. oh and i also got a workout plan... one hour each day on these. legs monday, arms tuesday, shoulders wednesday, back thursday, chest friday.
