I eat between 1,700 calories to 1,900 calories in a day. Then I burn around 600 calories. Everyday I stretch, then I do 60 jumping jacks. Then I run on the treadmill for 5 mins on a 1% incline at a speed of 5.5. Then I kind of speed walk for 30 mins on a 4% incline, and a speed of 3.9. On the treadmill it says I burned like 410 calories. After that I do between 100-150 sit-ups. Then I go on the weight machine and do weights for 15 mins, I dont know if what im doing is good enough, or too much.

and im 18, 5"11, male and 220 pounds, and I want to lose 50 pounds.
