I am 13 years old, and am looking for a good workout for me.

I weigh 130 pounds and am 5 foot 11 inches. I guess I might be a bit underweight.

I'm on our school soccer team and am running track, so I'd like to get my lower body built up a bit, especially my thighs. But I'd also like to work on upper body to.

Maybe you could tell me what to do, and how many, that sort of thing.
