I am quite tall and slim but have a bit of fat over body, not noticable but can not see any muscle definition. I want to lose this fat and build slightly and get toned along the way

i would be grateful for a weeks programme that i can do each weejk to get me to this goal in no time at all.

I am very motivated and go to the gym anyway, but obviously need a better work out an dthe trainers at my gym arnt that good a source of help as its a small local gym

my main aim is to get a toned stomach(obviously can not expect a 6 pack but definition would be nice), chest toned and not fatty potential boobs and slightly bigger toned arms

i welcome any advice that can be offered
