Once I get into the weight room and stretch I start by doing:

4 sets of 8 Bench Press 145 lbs
3 sets of 12 vertical row about 60 pounds (will increase)
4 sets of 10 rowing with a 45 pound dumbbell
3 sets of 12 overhead dumbbell press with 35 pounds

2 sets of 18 oblique crunches both sides
1 set to failure crunches
3 sets of 12 side raises with 20 pound DB
