Hmmm...I'm not sure why I'm so sore but my whole body is aching with pain and I'm not even in a sport but it's been like that for the past two weeks just getting worse. This morning when I decided to stretch I guess I did something wrong and my foot cramped up and then when I was doing another move my hamstring cramped to get rid of it I flexed it but I realized whenever I point my toes it hurts. Also my knees have been getting sore possibly because of all the stairs I go up and down on and my knee goes past my foot I'm not sure how to not do that; so any tips. My shoulders and back and arms are also sore possibly from the heavy backpack. I just think it's ridiculous that I'm actually this sore I couldn't even do simple stretches without extreme discomfort.
