Alright well first off, im 17 and im a guy.

I'm going on a low calorie diet, I would go for low carb but meat really isn't good for you.

I just now gorged on tons of food to get my metabolism ready for the diet. im probably only going to diet for a couple weeks. I don't want to lose that much weight. Maybe just 4-5 pounds. Which should be simple. I also have no life "no job and no school, no girlfriend, and no friends" lol yes its true I don't have a life what so ever so really I have no problem excercising for most the day since I have nothing else to do.

I'm probably going to do a "run walk" which will pretty much be like running a mile and then walking a mile and then running a mile and walking a mile. Like switching off repeatedly. I can travel for miles doing this. and then come home and lift weights since I have a gym in my garage.

So bassically what im asking is are there any good tips for my diet and what am I doing wrong?
