I am 13 and I think I am a little over-weight.
All my friends are dancers and gymnastics people... I am a dancer and I am praticly the biggest one in the class.
I am 110 pounds, while they are all 70s to 80s. Does anyone know a healthy way to loose weight... that DOESN'T make me break a sweat?
I am a dancer... I break sweat enough!
I know, run on the tread-mill and stuff. I do! And I DON'T LOOSE ANY WEIGHT!
