Hi all and thanks for reading this!

I've recently taken up body building. I regularly go to the gym and am quite satisfied with the way things are going, but I want to help speed up the muscle growth process by using a proper diet.

Basically I figured I need to eat a lot of protein, while still keeping the calorie count within a limit. I don't want to end up being just huge - what I'm aiming for is muscular, well chiseled. Can you give me some examples of food types that are protein rich and also have low fats?

Other details:

I'm 24 years old, have 1.70 meters (that's around 5.6 feet) and weight 67 kilos (that's 147 pounds). I have recently calculated my calorie need per day and considering the fact that I have a desk job (I'm a graphic designer) and I exercise a couple of hours a day, I need a calorie count of 2400.

Thanks in advance for your feedback!
