Thread: Good Diets for ADD-ADHD?

My G/F Daughter has ADD-ADHD and is on medication for it.But I was wondering if theres a good Diet to help her along, as the pills work for the most part.But I am sure there is a good diet out there also.That id fallowed would see an even better hange.
