Ok. My school serves garden salads everyday. Im thinking about getting a salad every Mon., Wed., and Fri. I can bring fruit everyday and buy a small snack from the cafeteria. On Tues. Ill buy pizza(thats when they serve it) and ill bring a PB&J on Thurs. on whole wheat bread. Im also going to try to run everyday after dinner for however long I can. Does that sound healthy?
