My friend has this diet where he eats tuna and only tuna for weeks at a time, takes 2-3 days off and eats what he wants then goes back on the tuna diet....it works great for him but he has a problem keeping up with it. I wouldnt have that problem yet i DONT eat tuna! Any other food similar that you could do that with? I'm just looking to shed pounds and get back into shape, im not fat or anything, just wanna lose 15-25 pounds! Thanks!
