Was this a good diet and exercise for today?

I am wondering what you guys think. Was my diet and exercise healthy? I am only 14 by the way.

    BREAKFAST:

Cheerios and a glass of orange juice.

    LUNCH:

Homemade chicken noodle soup with natural ingredients with a piece of french bread.

    DINNER:

Salmon and a baked potato along with some asparagus.

**Keep in mind that I just recently started eating vegetables.**

    EXERCISE:

1 mile of walking and 15 minutes of dancing (it was raining outside)

Sounds great! But I think you should also throw in some fruits between lunch and dinner, but other than that, keep up the great work!
oh and since you are 14 and still growing, drink milk/eat dairy products once in a while to help strengthen up your bones.
