well iv really lost hope for myself becos i have become overweight. and every time i try to do exersices to burn fat i end up getting hurt cos i do things with a big body.
sumone suddgested that i diet but when i researched on it i had to do exercise with those deits as well. and i couldnt do that cos i get trierd easily especially when im not eating normal.
i came across sumthing ccalled juice fasting and iv realised its the only way which i can contain myself. but i dont now whether its suitable for me. i mean can it be harmful to me? or am i just to young to try it out a bit?


other questions i would lyk to ask are does this juice fasting have any side effects after youv finished. lyk will i gain more weight after i stop?
