I know I'm not fat, but I'm 5'2" and I weigh around 125 pounds. Fifteen. I play softball in the spring. My ribs stick out, but I have fat over them, and a very definite hourglass shape. Fat on my hips. I have a boyfriend and really want to look good for him at the beach this summer. What are some simple and/or really effective things I can do to maybe slim down and look good? I won't be able to start running until after softball, or on weekends.

I already don't drink soda or eat really bad foods.
