i been wanting to start a diet plan and exercise plan but everytime i do i end up getting tired with it and just stop..

I wanna start up a diet and exercise plan again that will work this time and i can keep up with

I currently weigh about 152 and im 5'6 and not toned at all
my goal is to weigh 125 and get toned i wanna try and reach this goal by the end of june what should i do for exercise and toning and also what food should i eat, list some that would be good for me.


I aslo been eating Special K red berries every morning for breakfast and i just noticed all the carbs it had should i change what i eat for breakfast also?
