    To get bracess do you need to loose all of your baby teeth?

    I might get them today.I was wondering if you had to loose all of them. realy do not want them but i am going to middle school nex year and i do not want to get them there.

    If your getting train tracks -Yes, you have to loose all your baby teeth. Imagine if one was loose when you had train tracks.. would be a bit of a nightmare. If your getting a plate or a retainer -No. They will give you that when they think its ready.

    I actually have 2 baby teeth and Ive had Braces and Jaw surgery to correct my bite but i was one those people who were born with out adult teeth above those 2 baby teeth. There still going strong.
