Gall Bladder Removal Surgery?
I've read on many websites about all these people gaining weight after they have their gall bladder removed. My doctor said I may have to have mine removed, and I am horrified! Please don't judge me, because I've struggled with body image since I was 11. I'm not fat at all, but my entire self-esteem is based on being thin. It's taken me years to be okay with the fact that I don't have a model's body anymore, and I just couldn't handle it if i gained any more weight.
- What happens if I refuse surgery? I can handle the occasional puke/diarrhea episode, which ive had about every 6 months for about 2 years, but will further damage be done if its not removed?!
