    Gaining Weight / Muscle Mass?

    Im in track so thats keeping my weight down. Im 16, about 5'10 and about 128 pounds. I've been lifting for about 2 years on and off. In the past month i've been working out consistantly about 3-4 times a week. Need help to gain muscle mass and/ or weight. Any tips are helpful
