Thread: Foot cramps and big toe pain?

I play Basketball maybe 1 to 2 times a week. The rest of the time I'm usually running on a tredmil at the gym. My main problem is that over the weekend I got this really painful big toe pain in my left foot that shot up into my ankle all the way up to my hamstring. Right now the toe is just a little sore. But I only experience this during/after playing Basketball.

The only problem i';ve been having is I get these really painful cramps in my feet at random times. Any ideas folks and what is going on with my toe/foot?

it sounds like gout!!! your eating something that ur allergic to i suppose...or diabetes?!?!
