Airlines carry the necessary kit, including breathing kit and paddles.

Staff are trained how to use it.

you cant sue the airline because you are not spouse to get on plain if you are that ill, and you are suppose to let them know if you have a condition so they would keep an eye on you. still if you didn't get proper help, you must ask your self did you let them know that you have a heart problem?
