I'm 17 now, but have some pudgy/ chubbyness going on. I've been kinda working out and watching what I eat. I've lost about 15 pounds in 2 months without any dedicated plan and building muscle too.

But now I want to kick it into high gear and be how a guy my age should be. I don't really have time to go to the gym since I commute and get home around 7 everyday. But I do have about an hour to dedicate to working out. I just don't know what plan to follow, I kinda want to follow a DVD to make things simple but don't know what to chose.

I have a treadmill, but not really into running for more then 10 minutes at a time. I'm looking for more of a intense fat burning, muscle building workout without to many weights, balls or any other fancy equipment.

So if you can recommend any plans please help!
