I wiegh probablly 220. Im 14, I want to loose wight as fast as posiblle, because no girls will ever date me. I would like to loose enough weight to get to 180 or 190. Ive dieted before. But I always colapse and give in. Is there anyway? I cant go to a gym, and dont have weights, what about eating, idk I just want help to loose like 30 or 40 pounds as fast as posiblle.
