I'm 6ft 1" and weigh 250 pounds.

My job and social commitments dont allow me time to go to a gym or have any extended exercise, so I need exercise routines that I can easily do at home whenever I have time available.

Also, I don't really have the luxury of spending a good amount of time preparing meals, I usually make do with quick fix meals like pasta or microwave meals.

I would really appreciate any suggestions for either my diet or exercise, as far as my diet goes I just need to know what to try and avoid and what I should try and have more of
And for my fitness, just some simple, effective exercises I can do in my own home.
