im kind of confused as to how many calories i should be burning at the gym because:
- they say you should burn more than you eat, but you burn calories even when youre sleeping, so how do you know how many have already been burned?
- suppose i eat 1300 calories a day (my weight x 10), that means i should burn that many at the gym? after 45 minutes of exercise it doesnt do your body much good to continue (ive heard this from many health teachers and fitness trainers) andi dont see how its possible to burn that much in 45 minutes or even an hour.

im confused, please help! how much should i be burning at the gym??
