...cholesterol and weight? I am a 29 year old who is trying to lower cholesterol and weight. My cholesterol level is at around 200 with high LDL and low HDL. I excercise at least every other day and I am trying to eat more healthy now with introduction of fish. I've noticed that some fish have high saturated fat and cholesterol. I've been reading that cholesterol in fish are all "good" cholesterol and want to know if that is right. Also, how does having high saturated fat affect the positives on eating fish? to go further, what would be the best fish for lowering cholesterol and losing weight?
