    Fingers and toes always cold.?

My fingers and toes are always cold. Even if I wear socks for a really long time, when I take them off my toes are really cold still. Like ice cubes. Is that bad? Or is it just a little thing I'm getting worked up over?

Any suggestions on how to make them warm?

It sounds like you probably have poor circulation, meaning your blood isn't moved through your outer extremeties as efficiently, so they always seem cold.
Usually it isn't dangerous, so unless its something that you are unwilling or unable to tolerate, just buy some warm socks and gloves.
Otherwise, if you go to a doctor, they may be able to diagnose things a little more precisely and help you!
