I've been looking into some different workout programs that I can try and ran across the Fight Fat and Win 2.0 program. I'm extremely busy during the week and most weekends I've got a few things on my agenda to do. Needless to say, I don't have much time to workout.
This program states that you can work out 2 days per week with only 2 total-body resistance exercises. Has anyone heard of this program? And if so, how has it helped you lose visceral fat (belly fat, love handles, etc..) and how fast?
(If you have any info on a better exercise program, I'd be glad to check it out!)
