Okay so last January I was around 145lb, I changed my lifestyle, started eating healthy and exercised and I am now 95lb (5ft1).
The thing is since around October last year I have been under eating (perhaps between 700-1000calories) per day and was eating 2 meals and either one snack or no snack. I have now started to eat 3 meals and one snack as I realise I need to eat more. Thing is I've noticed I'm starting to be hungry all of the time since I started to eat more. Is this normal? Also, if I allow myself to have something 'naughty' as in a large bag of maltesers or popcorn or something one day a week will this cause weight gain? I exercise around 3-6days per week doing Body combat, spinning, elliptical trainer and body pump.
