am trying to lose some weight and therefore doing some physical exercises, like some stretching, walking on treadmill,skipping a rope. however, when am over, i always feel nauseating and dizzy. and this discourage me from continuing my exercises.i don't do much,, maybe 30 minutes a day. 2 or 3 times a week. does anyone know why i feel so and what i can do to stop it.

between, its not a pregnancy problem.coz am not pregnant.
