I have had a very tough couple of years and have gained over 70 pounds! I am 5 feet tall and 175 pounds! I've started eating right and now I will begin exercising so I can soon see myself at my normal 105. I am in no rush! I'm doing this the HEALTHY way! but I'm curious, I've read blogs and such of people that are obese (as I am) that have lost a whole lot of fat in the 2 months alone. Is that possible? I know that the bigger you are, the faster it comes off with the right diet and exercise. So Let's say, I did about an hour of cardio at home in the morning and a long jog during the day and ate the proper nutrition with plenty of water, could I possibly see a result like that? Like I said I'm in no rush. But if there was a way I could speed it up and still maintain a healthy lifestyle, I would like to know. It wouldn't be too bad. I'm a female 5 feet tall, 175 pounds...and like 37 bmi! Some good advice please?
