If I run, walk quickly on my treadmill at its maximum incline, everyday for about 50 minutes…and use my medicine ball doing various floor exercise, not to mention my weights which is also 5 pounds. Drink 6 (44oz) cups of water a day, eat well not right just less its kind of hard to have healthy food around living with my nephew, and slim un heath conscious sister so I just eat less, not eat after six. Will I loss weight in ten months (by the end of school)? If so and I keep at it everyday maybe except Sunday, give my body a day to recover, how much weight should I loss?
