I don't look at the scale b/c when I see that I haven't lost weight it just brings me down since I am serious about losing weight. I started dancing an hour a day... And i'm trying to avoid fats, starches, flour, etc. I try to eat lean meats, veggies, fruits, etc. I am 5' 1" and weight around 150... I want to lose AT LEAST 20 Lbs. by July. How can I do this? Pleas help! Should I dance more? Other helpful exercises?
