hi, i was just wondering what would be some ways to fall asleep 4 hours before i usually would, it's almost 7 now and i would like to fall asleep at like 7:30. any techniques?
to add, i'm extremely tired but restless.

drink some chamomile tea!!! Take a shower and turn off all the lights and get in bed...take a sleep pill
