I've been running cross country for about 2 weeks now and have been experiencing extreme amounts of pain in my right leg after running. It doesn't matter how long I run it still hurts very bad after running. I follow all precautions I warm up for 3-5 Min's before running and cool down for 5-10 Min's. The pain is mostly on the right side of my right knee cap. On a scale of one to 10 its an easy 7 and the pain is constant and last for about 20 Min's.
Anyone have an idea what I should do?
