last time i checked was 2 weeks ago and i weigh 171
i already went to a nutritionist and she told me what i can substitute when i eat...
i need an exercise plan
like run blah blah blah.
i want to lose the jiggly stuff under my arms that keeps waving bye-bye 3 seconds later after i stopped...
i play soccer..and i like to dance with my sister in my room for like an hour (we sweat so much)
