    exercise plan for a 14 year young girl?

    ok im a girl
    14 years "young" :] not old yet...
    im 5'3
    last time i checked was 2 weeks ago and i weigh 171
    i already went to a nutritionist and she told me what i can substitute when i eat...
    i need an exercise plan

    like run blah blah blah.
    i want to lose the jiggly stuff under my arms that keeps waving bye-bye 3 seconds later after i stopped...
    i play soccer..and i like to dance with my sister in my room for like an hour (we sweat so much)

    5'3'' and 171 is pretty bad
    get on a treadmill fatty
    or elliptical they are a lot easier and you burn just as much
