i want to get abs and toned but not sure of how to go about it
i dont want to get any bigger in size but want to be ripped looking so i guess tone and definition is what that is?
also i want to get ripped arms and abs mainly and if i lift heavy weights for 3 sets of 14 per exercise then 4-6 sets of 20 with light weights and on the other days for rest i would do cardio about 30 minutes and eat healthy

will this help me reach toe goal of getting ripped arms and abs
