Hi i'm 17 years old, 5' 7 and weigh about 150 pounds. My ultimate goal is to gain atleast 20 pounds of muscle andlose 5-10 pounds of fat. If i were to lose 10 pounds of fat right now i would be very lean and muscular, but i want to bulk up as well as trim down the fat. Does anyone have a ratio of howmuch weight lifting to cardio i should be doing? I've just started going to the gym and my current workout consistst of about 5 minutes stretching at the beggining and end, 60 minutes lifting weights, and 20 doing cardio. Should i be doing weight lifting one day, cardio the next, or what?

Also, I read that when you're trying to gain muscle, consume as much grams of protein as how many pounds you weigh. so i've been taking 140-150 grams a day. Also what kinds of fodd should i be eating? I was thinking food high in carbs and high in protein, but i'm also trying to lose a bit of fat.
