OK, Now this is the issue i take this things regularly everyday and i want to gain mass (not fat) and i am doing my workouts for 1 hour a day and 6 days a week. Below is the list of a few things i take em regularly. I do take lunch, dinner and breakfast but these are the must things i get everyday. So please tell me if this is an excellent weight gaining diet plan.

List:-
Half Container Yogurt.
2 Oz Peanuts (Without Salt).
3 Cup of Milk (2 cups without fat, One cup with fat).
One Fried Egg (Medium Size).
Three Bananas (Medium Size)

20 grams Whey Protein ( After Workout)

Any good suggestion is more than most Welcome.
