Thread: Everytime i wake up , i spit out phlegm and a little blood mixed with the mucus

comes out ,is this very bad? I have been smoking for like a month and a half nearly, and im 19 years old, but i have been cutting down and going to the gym, the maximum of cigarettes i smoke a day was 4 then to 3 then to 2 , and yesterday i did 3, but im still cutting down.

I'm not being funny but you're cutting down after just over a month? give me a break you can't concider you have an addiction to cigarettes until years of smoking, known from personal experience. jees, just smoke, or don't smoke.
