Snack: Apple
Lunch: 1 wrap with ham, lettuce, tomato & capsicum
Snack: I got hungry so, 1 1/2 salami and tomato snadwich. (12 pieces of hot salami...
Tea: 2 pieces of chicken, 1 piece bread, small salad.

Running: 8.5kph (5.3mph) of running, 1.2 kilometres (0.7 mile) for 20 minutes. Calories burned, 100 calories.
Weights, 10 minutes.


BTW, Have I maintained my weight by doing this?
