    is this enough food for a day?

    1 bowl of crispix w/ skim milk
    half of a bertucci's vivaldi spinach salad w/ grilled chicken and 1 roll
    1 cherry nutrigrain bar
    1 fat free vanilla yogurt (small, 50 calories) w/ walnuts
    1 cherry nutrigrain bar
    1 slice pepper and onion pizza
    1 vanilla cupcake w/ vanilla frosting

    i do make a conscious effort to eat well, but sometimes i worry that i don't eat enough. i just want to be at a healthy balance, and i don't want to have to worry about what i'm eating all day.

    i'm a 5'5.5" female, about 106 pounds.


    is this a healthy diet? should i add more calories? i just don't want to undereat or be anorexic, b/c i know the effects. i worry all day about if i'm eating too much or not eating enough--i don't want to gain weight and i don't want to lose weight! gahhh what a pain in the neck.

    also, i don't really exercise. thx.

    Don't worry about adding calories, worry about adding some more of the basic food groups.

    Right now it looks like you're lacking in almost all of them.
