ok i honestly dont know and have no one to ask so anyone will to answer is awsom.

under my bust im 26in, and under my shoulder blades in 30in
and around im like 33ish(slightly over)
so id be like a 30C right (well 32C)
so because in so small around is that why i look like im only a Acup?

i know its a stupid question but i real have no clue?

There is no way to tell with just measurements. But you would definitely be a 32 something, maybe even a 34. The cup size can be determined by alot of factors. If you were a 32C, you'd be very large. The average C cup is for a 36.
