Practice after school (lacrosse--intense cardio, some strength excercise)
Light-Medium weight lifting afterwards

Ended with protein shake w/creatine?

I am 5'10, 155. My body fat percentage is pitiful, so I would like to burn my excess fat and maybe build a litte muscle, but still stay lean. Please note my metabolism isnt too good because I ruined it by consuming less than 1000 calories a day for 4 months for wrestling. Please critisize, and add things in or take things out of my routine to help me accomplish my goal.
