i'm 12 years old
and my height is 156cm
then my weight is 68kg
my bloodtype is O

my exercise is including;;
gymnastics(acrobatic)2 hours a week
PE session 1 hour a week
swimming 5000m once a week
fitness/treadmill an hour a day


my diet includes;;
>morning:
fruit juice(no sugar) or low fat milk
1 slices of bread/3 spoons of rice
>lunch:

usual food
>night:
no carbs


so how to make myself taller?
are there any mistake in my diet?please help me??
