Im 14 and i want to lose some weight because at the moment i weight 8 stone (1 stone = 14 pounds.. ill let you work that out lol) and im 5 foot 6 inches tall but i want to go back to 6 -7 stone. I used to eat hardly anything when i was 6 - 7 stone.. i would eat a sandwhich and a bit of my dinner my mum cooked a day and i wasnt really hungry during the day and never thought about what i was eating and my weight and etc but now ive been eating a lot more and noticing my weight more so would it be unhealthy to eat about 500 callories a day? so i would eat like a chocolate bar which is usually like 100 carlories and either a pot noodle which is like 400 calories or what my mum cooks me and drink lots of water which i drink anyway.. ive eaten hardly anything without knowing it before so would it be any different doing it this way? and whats the best weight for my height and whats the best dress size? i used to be a size 6 but now im a size 8..
